
Monday again? Wow! Good thing I made my menu Saturday, or I'd be in real trouble!! I haven't done real well over the past several weeks at making menu plans, and when I made them, I didn't do so well at keeping them. I am vowing to do better. My husband & my children have both commented that they appreciate KNOWING what is for the next meal just by checking the list on the fridge.
We had gotten into a rut of eating quick, frozen & overly processed foods. This week, I decided to try to do better. So here's what we're having this week:
Monday: breakfast-blueberry muffins, lunch-salad & sandwiches, dinner-
taco soup (yum!)
Tuesday: breakfast-
blender batter waffles, lunch-picnic lunch at the park (fruit, crackers, cheese, water), dinner-crockpot chicken, salad & veggies
Wednesday: breakfast-eggs, bacon, lunch-grilled chicken, fruit kabobs, dinner-salad, spaghetti, garlic bread
Thursday: breakfast-
baked oatmeal, lunch-chicken/cheese quesadillas, dinner-chicken pot pie
Friday: breakfast-biscuits & eggs, lunch-tortilla or pita pizza, dinner-chili & baked potatoes
Saturday: breakfast-pancake muffins, lunch & dinner will be out b/c we have an out-of-town soccer tournament that day
Sunday: breakfast-Dad's choice, lunch & dinner-build your own wraps from whatever you find in the fridge, ha!
