28 Down, 2 To Go!

I am pretty impressed with myself...to think that I have stuck with something for nearly 3o whole days. I normally would have given up by now...

I'm doing my workouts in the morning now, and I'm feeling much better during the rest of the day--more energy & a better outlook/attitude overall. I like Level 3 better than Level 2, although it is still quite challenging. I'm working out about half & half--Anita/Natalie style. Rock stars are actually getting a little bit easier.

Diet wise, I am trying to make gradual changes that we'll all be able to stick with long-term. I am still being careful to NOT eat after dinner time, although I did have a Fiber One Bar tonight. I don't know why I was so hungry...

I will weigh & measure Sunday morning, and I hope that the scale & tape measure are nice to me. I know I have a long way to go, but I need to see some progress.

So my plans for February include doing the Shred again, except this time, I think I'll do Level 1 on Day 1, Level 2 on Day 2, Level 3 on Day 3, Level 1 on Day 4, etc... Rotate through for the entire 28 days of February & see what happens. I may even add a little more workout to my day if possible. The weather will hopefully improve, and we'll be able to get outside more.

Has anyone joined Jillian's online team? You know, the free offer thing that comes with the DVD? I've been considering it, but haven't gotten around to it yet... Just wondering if anyone else has experience with it...
