Today was my last day on Level 2, until next month anyway! I have worked up to being able to do the workout about half Natalie-style & half Anita-style. PROGRESS! But I am still sweating like a pig by Circuit 3! I took a sneak peek at Level 3 & am just a little intimidated... but then I remember that I was intimidated with Level 1 just 20 days ago! And since no one really cares what my thoughts are--I mean, you're really reading to see the numbers, right?--I'll get to business & post my results. I am rather pleased!
MY RESULTS IN JUST 20 DAYS--
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 6.5 POUNDS!
ARMS & CHEST: no change, but my arms are much firmer & I have been able to tighten my bra (comfortably) to the tightest notch (TMI? sorry!)
WAIST: down 1 inch
HIPS: down 2 inches
THIGHS: down 2.5 inches on each leg!!
I am back comfortably in my jeans that I could barely get up & couldn't even come close to zipping 20 days ago. I may not lose another jean size before this month is up, but that's what February is for, right?!?!
