I completed the tenth day of my challenge on November 30th. This is the first chance I've had to post an update.
I managed to lose 2.2 pounds in 10 days even though Thanksgiving was stuck right there in the middle of it.
I plan to continue doing T-tapp workouts daily and using shakes as meal replacements. I'll keep you updated as to how it goes! :)
