My husband loves to run. I personally think he's crazy, but to each his own, right? And now, I have a friend that is doing Couch to 5K
. I think she's crazy too. BUT, they've got me thinking...
What is the big deal?
Why do they like it so much?
I don't get it...
My husband is very fit. My friend is making great progress. I...not so much! So why not join them?
I took a look at the Couch to 5K plan, and the first week looks doable. Ha!
So, in an effort to hold myself accountable, I plan to begin the Couch to 5K plan tomorrow! And I will bring an update here every Monday, since I have also committed to post about health and fitness on Mondays!
Wish me luck! (I'm scared!)
